These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management Portal, including vendor contracts, SSL certificate records, software licensing information, hardware and virtual assets, renewal tracking, support agreements, compliance documentation, and related operational records.
Access is limited to authorized client users, employees, contractors, or representatives approved by the service provider or your organization. You agree not to share credentials, permit unauthorized access, or attempt to access information belonging to another organization.
The Portal may contain vendor agreements, maintenance agreements, licensing records, statements of work, quotations, renewal dates, warranty information, and supporting documentation. Information displayed in the Portal is intended to assist with operational visibility and lifecycle management.
The Portal may track SSL certificates, domains, servers, workstations, virtual machines, networking equipment, cloud services, software subscriptions, and related infrastructure information. Expiration dates, status indicators, or lifecycle data are provided for operational convenience.
By using the Portal, you consent to receiving operational notifications and alerts related to contracts, certificates, renewals, warranties, licensing, service interruptions, account activity, compliance reminders, ticket updates, or other lifecycle management events.
The Portal may contain confidential business information, pricing details, infrastructure references, internal notes, vendor communications, licensing data, network information, and operational records. You agree not to disclose Portal content outside authorized business purposes unless explicitly permitted.
The Portal may record user activity including logins, downloads, uploads, edits, comments, approvals, acknowledgements, timestamps, IP addresses, and document access history for security monitoring, compliance review, troubleshooting, reporting, and dispute resolution.
The Portal may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond the provider's control. Features, layouts, workflows, integrations, and reporting functions may change over time.
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful, accurate, relevant, and free from malicious code or unauthorized sensitive information.
The Portal is provided as an operational management platform. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for losses, missed renewals, service interruptions, expired certificates, inaccurate records, delayed notifications, third-party vendor actions, or damages arising from misuse, technical failures, or reliance solely on Portal information.
